Host your event in your home with a French touch designed by Romu. Delight your guests with Romu’s dishes – and you don’t need to do anything – all items of food, cutlery, crockery and candles will be brought in to your home and then cooked and served to your guests to give them a French restaurant experience while you can sit back and enjoy your guests and the applause!
Our fine dining at home experiences are sure to leave you impressed. We offer from 3 courses up to 6 course degustation from as few as 6 people up to 30 people.
We provide all plates, cutlery, candles, printed menus & cooking equipment.
Our menus are priced per head depending on how many courses you are after plus staff with all equipment included (you provide linen & glassware – as we are usually cleaning your kitchen and getting out of your hair while you’re still enjoying a drink!)

Snapper cured in sake / siracha rhubarb / purple daikon kimchi / pickled radishes / salvia flower / dill oil
Marron cooked in short stock / Day’s Walk Farm artichoke confit / ginger and lemon oil / orange zest and carrot herb + $10pp
Venison tartare, raw cherry, horseradish, plum vinegar, native pepper

Grilled white and green asparagus / native lemon grass and coconut emulsion / brassicas flower / tropea onion / coffee oil
Zucchini flower stuffed with l’Artisan Petit Marcel / green zucchini and miso cream / yellow zucchini salad / tempura zucchini and native furikake

Coral trout (depending on the market), pumpkin hot sauce, shiitake xo, finger lime, minutina, marigold, fish roe
Local fish baked in sea weed, yuzu butter emulsion, wakame chips, pickled garlic kernel, garlic society flower – served with a side of spring ragout; broad bean, peas, asparagus lemon zest, horseradish
MEAT
Australian Wagyu / ponzu and veal jus / pickled garlic kernel / soy mushroom / pickled myoga served with a side of ‘Pommes Maxime’
Lamb saddle / labneh / broadbean / peas / preserved lemon / lamb jus / grilled cucumber
CHEESE
L’Artisan Organic cheese ‘Le fermier petit Marcel’, celery relish, strawberry jam, caramelised pickled roses with sourdough / seaweed cultured butter
